Duties and Responsibilities: As an HVAC Professional in Residential Construction, you'll be at the forefront of creating impeccable HVAC systems. Your key duties and responsibilities include:
 

· Collaboration with Team: Work closely with construction teams to coordinate HVAC installations, ensuring a seamless integration within the building's structure and design.

· Reading and Interpreting Blueprints: Translate blueprints and construction plans into efficient HVAC installations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes.

· Duct Installation and Layout: Skillfully install rough ins and fixtures for heating, cooling and air movement systems, following design specifications.

· Fixture and Equipment Installation: Expertly install and connect HVAC fixtures and equipment, guaranteeing optimal functionality and efficiency.

· Testing and Inspection: Conduct thorough testing and inspections to identify and rectify any HVAC issues, ensuring the system operates flawlessly and meets quality standards.

· Problem-Solving and Repairs: Troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and execute timely repairs, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and exceptional problem-solving skills.

· Adherence to Regulations: Adhere to safety standards, building codes, and regulations to guarantee the highest level of safety and compliance on every project.

· Experience and Expertise: Previous experience in residential construction HVAC is highly valued, showcasing your proficiency in the craft and understanding of construction processes.

· Trainability: We welcome applicants new to the trade. If you are willing to learn and work hard our veteran HVAC techs will have you on the fast track to acquiring the skills necessary to be an HVAC professional.

· Technical Know-How: Possess technical skills and knowledge relevant to HVAC systems, fixtures, and tools required for residential construction projects.

· Attention to Detail: Keen ability to complete tasks with diligence, focusing on finite details to ensure quality control and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00-$55.00 per hour
